Cancellation

All monthly memberships have a minimum period of 3 month. After the 3 month have passed you may cancel your membership via your profile on the Eversports app any time. The cancellation of your service contract will start the next following month.

 

Right of contract withdrawal:

You have the right to cancel/return your contract/purchase within 14 days (from the day of the purchase) for a full refund. You can do so for any reason – even if you simply changed your mind. Your right of cancellation or withdrawal ends with first usage of the service (attendance at any workout or yoga session). We will not refund in case you are not attending the classes and make usage of your membership. In case of Injuries / sickness you can send and email to info@bodyworxhub.com and we will look at it case by case.

 

 

Refunds

The refund period may vary between 3 and 14 working days from reception of your cancellation via your profile on the Eversports app. The refund will be made via Eversports to the bank details you provided in your Eversports profile.

Delivery/return expenses will not be refunded.
